Celebrate Israel's 61st anniversary with this wonderful poster! Its great artwork and sense of excitement are perfect for any room in your home, business, or synagogue. "HaTikvah" (The Hope) is the national anthem of Israel. This anthem expresses the hope for peace and tranquility in the state of Israel. The words of the poem were written by Naphtali Zvi Imbar and used as the anthem of the Zionist movement even before the establishment of the state of Israel. After a few minor adjustments, HaTikvah was accepted as the official national anthem. The design features a large Israeli flag against a blue sky on top. In the center is the Hebrew and English text of the anthem. At the bottom of the poster is a photograph of the Kotel - the Western Wall of the Temple Mount compound, the central site of Jewish prayer for 2000 years.
